All Good Things

Romans 8:28And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

Philippians 2:13for it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose.

A few years ago, I found a picture that says good things are coming. The message spoke to me because the picture itself is pretty ugly. I think it was prophetic. However, I have experienced some tough years since then. God is always moving. In the background, He is doing things I am not aware of.

The amazing thing is that even though I may screw up and even though the enemy attacks, and life happens, God is the one that is in control. He orders our steps. He makes it all work out. He is the One that knows what is best for us.

We are never so far gone. We can always go to God and ask for His help. He can bring redemption. He can heal and restore. God can use anything to lead us to our purpose. God uses everything we go through to shape our character. Everything happens for a reason because God uses it all for our good.

I find hope knowing that there is always light and always goodness. I trust that my life is safe in God's hands. Good wins.
