Don't Worry Rhythms
The circumstances of life can make it so easy to worry and be afraid of what is to come. The future is uncertain. But if we worry so much, we cannot be happy. We cannot just be present and enjoy the moments.
Have you ever heard of the phrase the "rhythms of grace?" We need to cast our cares on God and find peace and joy in Holy Spirit. We should not have to strive. We need to trust God and find our rest in Him. If we keep our eyes on God, then we will not be distracted or overwhelmed by what is going on around us. Just go with the flow of the Holy Spirit.
Isaiah 26:3You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.
Matthew 11:28-30“Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. The Cure for Anxiety
“Therefore I tell you, stop being worried or anxious (perpetually uneasy, distracted) about your life, as to what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, as to what you will wear. Is life not more than food, and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air; they neither sow [seed] nor reap [the harvest] nor gather [the crops] into barns, and yet your heavenly Father keeps feeding them. Are you not worth much more than they? And who of you by worrying can add one hour to [the length of] his life? ... AMP

Hebrews 4:1-2: God promises a rest for His people. We must be careful not to miss it through a lack of faith
Hebrews 4:9-10: "There remains, then, a Sabbath-rest for the people of God; for anyone who enters God’s rest also rests from their works, just as God did from his". Just as God stopped working after making the world, we stop trying to save ourselves
Hebrews 4:11: "Let us, therefore, make every effort to enter that rest
