Grass is Greener ...

The grass is always greener on the other side. Yeah right, sure it is. I think that just means that once you get through the through part of things that the other side looks much better. There is a sigh of relief that you have made it. You were able to endure and overcome the challenges of life to go to the next level. And you can just relax and enjoy the wide open green spaces that are around you. Seeing the goodness of God in the land of the living.

Have you heard that the grass on the other side still needs to be watered? Well, that is true. That is just life and how grass works. So life will always have its ups and downs. So do what you need to do to water the grass and keep it green. Enjoy life. Savor the little moments. Be content in whatever may come.

It is just a matter of perspective. What is our attitude? How do we react to things? How we view things is everything. We need to guard our hearts and our minds form outside forces. Keep an open mind. Stay positive and hopeful. Follow the Holy Spirit and do life with God.

Run around barefoot in the grass. Just lay on the grass and admire God's creation. Take it all in ... And be thankful.
