Trust is hard. It takes a leap of faith to entrust our hearts and our lives to others. We don't want to get hurt. People are people, so they will let you down at one time or another. The One who we can trust completely is God. But it still is not easy.

Somehow God amazingly always works things out. We do need faith, and we do need to trust Him. Yes, there are things we do not understand. Thankfully, God is all-knowing and all-powerful. We cannot do life on our own. We do not have all the answers, so why do we think and act like we do?

It takes a relationship to have trust, so it takes time to build that relationship. We need to have a personal relationship with God to trust Him. The Bible shows us Who God is, so we can know Him. And we need to spend time in prayer with God, as well, so we have a trusting relationship with God.

Jesus never changes. He keeps His promises and is faithful. He never lies. He is a good God. He is totally trustworthy.
