May 5, 2026 - Jeremiah 29:11

For today, I wanted to encourage with one of my favorite verses. God has a plan. The world we live in may be crazy and our lives may be chaotic, but God is the rock and He is in control of all of it. Our lives have purpose and meaning through God. God wants good things for us and works good things for us. He protects us and keeps us safe.

One of the translations the KJV, use the words "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end." God thinks about you. He cares about the details of your life. The Bible says His thoughts and ways are higher than ours, so God plans things for us that we never even imagine for ourselves. And we have peace, the peace of God and peace with God. We can have peace knowing that God has the best life for us. We just need to submit to Him and trust Him.

Please keep the USA in prayer. Keep our leaders in prayer. Keep our churches in prayer. Per the Bible, pray for peace in Jerusalem. Pray for revival around the world and for the harvest.

The rededication of our nation will be on May 17. The USA needs to return to God. Pray for this event. This is a pivotal event.

Please keep our farmers in prayer. Pray for our cattle. Pray for the supply chain for fertilizer. Pray about the gas prices. We need to pray regarding the food supply of our nation. Prepare for the future. Pray for rain, so there is no drought.

Pray for the protection of our country from enemies foreign, domestic, and spiritual.
